About the Event
Lee is a Mass Spectrometry Senior Systems Engineer with experience in Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry and the analysis of Stable Isotopes (as well as quadrupole and time-of-flight mass spec). He is not strictly a honey adulteration scientist, but in his various roles in the scientific instrumentation industry, he has worked with customer laboratories who deal in food fraud and stable isotope honey analysis. He will give an overview of the technology involved, much of it developed in Manchester.
